Money-back guarantee rules
In addition to any refund rights provided under applicable law, if you purchased our app directly through our websites and a money-back option was offered during checkout, you may be eligible for a refund if no visible results were achieved from using our program, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
• you contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; and
• you have followed the program: (i) for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after purchase (for monthly or longer subscription plans), (ii) for at least 5 consecutive days within the first 28 days after purchase (for 4-week subscription plans), or (iii) for at least 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days after purchase (for weekly and biweekly subscription plans); and
• you are able to provide proof that you followed the program in accordance with the requirements set out below in the section “How to demonstrate that you have followed the program.”
We will review your request and inform you (via email or otherwise) whether it has been approved.
How to demonstrate that you have followed the program
You can confirm your compliance with the program by meeting the following requirement:
providing screenshots from the app showing that you have completed:
• at least 7 workout sessions (for monthly or longer subscription plans);
• at least 5 sessions (for 4-week subscription plans);
• at least 3 sessions (for weekly and biweekly subscription plans).
Important notice
Please note that a refund under the Money-back Guarantee is only available if all of the above conditions are satisfied. For clarity, this guarantee does not apply in any other circumstances.
General refund rules
We appreciate all feedback and strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the terms set out herein.
As a general rule, if you do not meet the conditions of the Money-back Guarantee described above, the fees paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise specified herein or required by applicable law. Nevertheless, certain refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.
Refund requests must generally be submitted within the active subscription period. If the subscription period has expired before a refund request is made, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Note for residents of certain U.S. states.
If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel your purchase before midnight of the third business day following the date of purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Note for EU residents.
If you are a consumer located in the EEA or Switzerland, you have a statutory right to withdraw from contracts for the purchase of Services. However, for purchases of a single item of digital content, you expressly consent to immediate access to such content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund.
For Services that are not a single item of digital content and are provided on a continuous basis (such as app subscriptions), you expressly request and consent to the immediate provision of the Service. Accordingly, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct from your refund an amount proportionate to the Service provided up to the moment you notified us of your withdrawal.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. To exercise this right, you must inform us —{Company name}, {Company address}, email: taichi.help@proton.me— of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
