Subscription terms

These Subscription Terms govern the purchase, activation, renewal, management, and cancellation of any paid subscription plan ("Subscription") offered by VISIBLEWEBS INC. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") through our website, mobile applications, and related services ("Services").
These Subscription Terms form part of our Terms of Use and are incorporated into them by reference.

IMPORTANT: YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.

Your Subscription provides access to specific digital features, content, or services available within the Services.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (for example, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Current Subscription options, pricing, and included features are displayed at checkout before purchase.

We may offer free trials, discounted introductory periods, or promotional Subscription offers.
The duration and terms of any trial or promotion will be displayed before completing your purchase.
Unless cancelled before the end of the applicable trial or promotional period, your Subscription will automatically convert into a paid Subscription and your payment method will be charged at the applicable rate.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable laws.

3.1. Website Purchases
For purchases made through our website, payment processing services are provided by:
Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle")
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for website Subscription transactions.
This means Paddle is responsible for certain payment-related activities, including:
• Processing payments;
• Managing billing information;
• Calculating and collecting applicable taxes, including VAT/GST where required;
• Issuing invoices and receipts;
• Handling payment-related customer support;
• Managing refunds and payment disputes.
When you purchase a Subscription through our website, your payment relationship for the transaction is with Paddle, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

3.2. Billing Cycle
Your initial payment is charged when you complete your purchase or when any applicable trial period ends.
Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method provided at purchase or updated through the applicable payment provider.

3.3. Currency & Taxes
Subscription prices are displayed in the currency available at checkout.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
For website purchases processed through Paddle, tax calculation and collection are handled by Paddle.

3.4. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment cannot be completed, Paddle or the applicable payment provider may retry the payment.
If payment remains unsuccessful, your Subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.

4.1 Apple App Store / Google Play
If you purchase a Subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly by the applicable platform.
Apple App Store and Google Play terms govern those purchases.
You must manage your Subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

4.2 Web Purchases
Subscriptions purchased through our website are processed through Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
Cancellation and refund requests for website purchases may be submitted through:
• Your account settings, where available; or
• Our customer support team at taichi.help@proton.me.
Refund requests may also be handled according to Paddle's Refund Policy.

We may change Subscription pricing from time to time.
If the price of your Subscription changes, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your Subscription before the new price becomes effective.

Your Subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Deleting the application does not cancel your Subscription.

If you purchased through:

Apple App Store:

Manage your Subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

Google Play:

Manage your Subscription through your Google Play account settings.

Cancel through your account settings or contact taichi.help@proton.me.

Cancellation disables future renewals. You will continue to have access to Subscription features until the end of your current billing period.

Refund eligibility depends on the platform through which the Subscription was purchased.
For Apple App Store and Google Play purchases, refund requests must be submitted directly through the applicable platform.
For website purchases processed through Paddle, refund requests are handled according to applicable laws and Paddle's Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Continued use of your Subscription after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Subscription Terms.
